Cross-State Geologic Unit Index (CSGUI) Project.
I am currently attempting to create an index that will show and explain what how geologic units change in label, name and description as you cross state borders in an attempt to make these units easer to study on a large scale.

If you look at the William D. Hardeman east TN sheet 1966 (Left) and the Philip M. Brown Geologic Map of North Carolina 1985 (right), you will see several units named and described differently as shown above (pCba) is not on the NC map. this is what I aim to solve with this project.
Bristol Caverns.
I am currently working at Bristol Caverns TN as a tour guide. I am using this as a chance to teach about the speleology.
this job has made me love teaching. my goal now is to become a professor or high school teacher.
